Too busy to setup Outlook or Eudora to get your mail? Or do you find yourself away from the office and unable to use your own computer? You can still check your e-mail. All you need is a computer with web access. Any computer. Anywhere.
Here are the steps:
1. Open a web browser, like Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator.
2. Go to your own web site, hosted by Tom Ogden.
3. In the address/URL field, replace the "www" with "mail". For example, if your domain is "olyprinter.com", you would put "http://mail.olyprinter.com/" in the address field.
4. Hit the 'Enter' button. This will take you to a special page with links to web mail clients.
5. Choose IMP Webmail. You could use SQ Web Mail, but I've found it to be a little buggy, at least on my computer.
6. For your username, enter your full e-mail address. Then enter your regular e-mail password. If you don't know your password, call us, and we can reset it for you.
7. You're in. You can receive, send organize and delete messages. Remember, any messages you don't delete from this interface will still be retrieved by your own computer when you use your regular mail client.
